This is a 2-in-1 ultrasonic thickness meter that measures the thickness of ultrasonic wave well-conductive material with parallel top and bottom surfaces from 1.2mm to 220mm andvelocity measurement function with range from 1000m/s to 9999m/s. This high resolution high accuracy meter can also be used in measuring wall thickness of pipes and pressure vessels to determine-surface erosion. Moreover, these are precisely designed for checking the thickness of base metal even if it is coated with paint or any protective coating. This innovative gauge is widely used and is capable of measuring a variety of material including iron, steel, glass, plastics, toughened tile, brass, gold, silver, zinc, water (at 20°C) and other materials. Advantages like memory for user defined materials (user can set & save their own material), velocity measuring function, large graphics LCD, adjustable ultrasonic velocity, switchable mm to inch, coupling indication, built-in a metal piece for easy calibration, low battery voltage indication and auto power off are included in this handheld and compact meter.
