This is a New Mastech MS8221C Auto
Ranging Digital Multimeter that was manufactured for a company called
Pro-Tech and has been part marked Pro60.
It is Brand New in the Box! It comes with a nice
set of meter leads with protective tip caps, a Type "K" Thermocouple
Probe for measuring temperature, a Mastech MS3203 Multifunction Socket
for measuring Transistors, and a set of three "AAA" batteries.
The case has a secondary rubberized yellow
injection molding around the edges. This gives the meter a nice grippy
feel and helps to protect the meter while in use
